        INTECH IN GOOD FAITH TERMS OF USE FOR INTECH PAF ADDRESS ONLINE CHECKING FOR MMUA USERS

1.	This service is provided by Intech Solutions Pty Ltd ABN 45 002 812 697 (“Intech”) to users (“Users”) free of charge to assist Major Mail Users Australia Limited (“MMUA”) to promote the information quality industry. It uses Intech software (IQ Office) which is owned by or licensed to Intech.

2.	This service is only available to MMUA member employees and other persons approved by MMUA and Intech. Other persons must not use this service.

3.      Access to this service is provided at Intech’s absolute discretion for 365 days from date of request, after which it will expire and the User will need to request access again.

4.	Intech may discontinue or change this service at any time and it may refuse access to any person at any time.

5.	This service may only be used to investigate the completeness of the Australia Post Postal Address File (“PAF”) by searching for single known good address records in the PAF.

6.	A User may not use this service to search for more than 100 records in any 1 day period without the prior written approval of Intech.

7.	A User may not sell or resell this service or use this service in any way to generate revenue for any person or to create any product or service which could generate revenue for any person.

8.	A User may not use this service in any way which could reasonably be considered to be against the commercial interests of Intech. 

9.	A User may not provide any information gained from using this service to any competitor of Intech.

10.	Intech has no obligation to provide any support for this service.

11.	This service is provided as is with no warranties. All liability of Intech in relation to or arising from provision of this service is expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12.	To the extent provision of this service constitutes a sub-license by Intech for the use of the PAF then the linked Australia Post PAF Terms apply(http://demo.intechiq.com/MMUA/PAFTerms.html).
